Kalmar was established as a construction company by Peter Kay, Bert Denée and the late Theo Oettlè in March 2001.

We have adhered to our original plan of steadily and responsibly growing the company in a manner which allows the constant personal involvement of the directors and our commitment to the success of every project.

We have carefully selected and recruited the best staff available and those that fit in with the our philosophies on integrity, efficiency, cooperation, professionalism, innovation, proactivity, urgency, quality, and a sense of 'fair play' in all our dealings.
