The Seamart refrigeration and processing factory was a negotiated project undertaken using Management Contracting. Close liaison with the client throughout the design, tendering and construction processes enabled Seamart and their anchor tenant to achieve the construction of a purpose made 2,500m2 factory on time. The design and tendering processes for all the trades ran in tandem with one another, and enabled the client to benefit from competitive, progressive trade tenders.
