This project in Albany, Auckland, was negotiated on Management Contracting terms with the owners of the business who remained actively involved in the construction process. Kalmar acted for the client in the management of the design and construction phases, including the fitout. The new premises consist of a 1,850 square metre warehouse with a post-tensioned concrete floor, and 1,000 square metres of pharmaceutical processing facility and offices.
