This 8000 square meter warehouse, office and fitout was completed in February 2007 for Sheppard Industries. The floor of the warehouse is 4500 square meter post tensioned slab, cast in a single pour, with no joints. Steltech portals spanning 56 meters gives the client a very large warehouse area necessary for the racking system required to store their product.
