In December 2009 Kalmar Construction was appointed as the Main Contractor for the construction work on this project.
The work involved heavy excavation and drainage, formwork, reinforcing, concrete (3,500m3), structural steel (1,100 tonnes), roofing and cladding with an emphasis on accuracy of work, tight timeframes, and Health and Safety, all delivered on time.
