Working closely with the business owners, Kalmar managed the design, construction and fit-out of these new premises. The project included a 1,850 square metre warehouse with a post-tensioned concrete floor, as well as 1,000 square metres of office space and pharmaceutical processing facilities, complete with a surgical-standard mechanical ventilation system.
