With the subdivision of the existing site came the need to provide new water, gas and electrical services from Victoria Avenue and through the existing property to the new subdivision; as well as the re-location of the existing tennis court back onto the client’s property. The services were all thrust 100M underground and thus avoided any disruption to the client and his well-manicured garden. Half of the tennis court had to be demolished after the astro-turf was lifted and a new concrete slab cast before the astro turf was re-laid. Landscaping, electrical reticulation, drainage and irrigation completed the picture with minimal impact on the client’s running of his home.
