Won in a selected tender scenario and carried out in close cooperation with Xigo Project Managers and AIAL, the building comprises of a 3000m2 high stud warehouse with 250m2 of office space. Health and Safety was paramount and Kalmar were specifically commended for our performance in this regard. The extremely tight programme was met, despite having to work through winter on a 'green fields' site.
