Working within a tight budget and short timeframe, Kalmar took charge of the design and construction of 828 square metres of office space and a 462 square metre warehouse. Architect Richard Cooper was impressed by the smooth delivery; "You and your project team are to be congratulated on delivering the building on time and almost exactly on budget - perhaps it had something to do with your innovative method of contracting the project."
