This food preparation and dining facility includes computerized appliances, warming plate stands and a large open stainless steel bench space within a carefully designed and virtually hand crafted timber building. Additional modern features also include: the purposely built elevator for the elderly, the warming room intended for guests to dry their towels and personal items in privacy and additional ablutions.
The carpentry and finishing skills required for this unique building were demanding, and well worth the accolades received.
